Fall Haul ~ Old Navy, Charlotte Russe, Bath & Body Works…and a Baby Buy!

FallHaul
I did some shopping…okay it was an all out haul over the Labor Day weekend.  I hadn’t been shopping my entire pregnancy, and pretty much in an entire year.  It felt really nice to finally get some things just for me (and well a few things for baby too).  When I shop I usually just do the weekly grocery and household shopping.  Even if I go somewhere like Bath & Body Works, I rarely shop for myself there anymore.  I typically just get soaps or home fragrance or bodycare for my husband, since he like the Men’s shower gels and body sprays.

I wear a uniform to work everyday, so I don’t have a huge need for lot’s of outfits…right now.  When baby comes, I’ll be out in the civilian world a lot more than I am now and I needed some new threads to wear.  I’m so excited about everything I got, because its not only great transition clothes from pregnancy to non-pregnancy, but I can wear them throughout all 4 seasons.

I definitely got my money’s worth, getting 45% off everything I bought at Old Navy.  I also saved at Bath & Body Works, using a $10/30 purchase coupon for my bodycare and a free item coupon with my soaps to get the body splash for free.  And I can’t forget the 10% military discount I received on my purchase at Charlotte Russe.  If anyone knows me, they know I never pay full price for anything retail.  I been shopping for a long time, and if its one thing I know how to do well, its shopping.
Okay, now on to the haul.  Check my video below to see all the goodies that I got:
Do you have any fall buys?  Hauls?  Do you have a list or idea of things you’d like to get for the season? – I’d love to hear what you all have or are thinking about getting for the season!

  1. Yes! How I can relate to this post. I'm not pregnant, but I haven't had a shopping splurge for myself, this entire summer season. Food, household items, kid stuff, but nothing for mamma! Love what you picked up. I'm your newbie follower from the blog hop.

    1. So glad someone can relate! Its definitely an every blue moon type of thing, and probably something I won't be doing for an even longer time once baby gets here.

Thanks so much for following! I'm following you back as well!

  2. Congrats on your new addition! I just had a baby 2 months ago and I haven't shopped for myself in a very long time. This past Labor Day I also did a full shopping haul and got Fall/Winter (and some can transition to Spring) stuff for me and the kids. It felt so good picking out clothes and getting back to myself. I always make a list of things I want to buy. This season I decided I want to lean towards a look that includes lots of black pieces with pops of color and pattern. I love Fall and I can't wait to wear my new stuff!

I'm an Army Wife so I can relate to never paying full price! I ask EVERY store if they do military discounts. :-)

    1. Thanks so much and congrats on your precious little one! I didn't even plan to get nearly that much stuff, didn't make a list or anything, lol! That's probably why everything has a completely different style from the next thing. I will say though that you can never go wrong with black. I love a pop of color against it, you can really make the most out of a basic black top or bottom with it.

I can't wait to wear my new things either! I hope you enjoy yours!
